Items can be refunded for valid reasons as long as the following conditions are met. If an Item has been purchased over 14 days ago store credit will be given for equal value of purchase. The 14 day rule does not apply to items covered under the “Life Time Guarantee”. Items that are returned without defect shall be fully refunded under the 14 day rule. Shipping costs are handled by the consumer.

All Items that are to be subject to refund need to paired with a customer order number. Any Items not listed under the customer order number are not subject to the refund policy. These items if shipped for refund, shall be returned at the cost of the consumer.

Personalized Items are not subject to the refund Policy but may become covered at the stores decision. Items that are no longer in Stock shall be refunded under a post 14 day rule and are subject to the stores decision.

Items covered under the Life Time Guarantee are all Safrus items with exception to the mezuzah. Life Time Guarantee affords the consumer to be refunded for the full price at the time of purchase. If defect can be shown to have existed at the time of the purchase. This defect cannot be the cause of normal wear and tear, customer inflicted damage, or any other accidental damage.
